In beautiful conditions for golf, Jack Rasmussen defeated Chris Turner in the Final of the Scratch Matchplay Final today.

Chris was looking to etch his name onto the board for the second time after winning this event back in 2001, but Jack had other plans and joined Chris on the board with the win. The match finished 6 & 4 with Jack playing very consistent golf, having par on every hole except for one birdie and one bogey. Congratulations to both players who played the game in great spirits and enjoyed the day.
This is Jack’s 2nd major win in 2 days, having also won the Southern Junior Classic yesterday at Southern Golf Club!
