
Dress Etiquette
Dress of a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness is expected
ACCEPTABLE ON COURSE
- Shorts must be neat, tidy and designed to be worn with a belt on a Golf Course.
- Long socks , or predominantly white short / ankle socks irrespective of stripes or logos must be wornwith shorts.
- Men & Ladies are permitted to wear their shirts not tucked in provided the shirt is expressly tailored tohang loose and the shirt must be no longer than approximately hip height
- Accredited crew neck style golf shirts (Not T-Shirts)
- Accredited golf shoes with SOFT SPIKES
NOT ACCEPTABLE ON COURSE OR IN CLUBHOUSE
- Blue denim, acid wash or stonewash JEANS
- Cotton Pants with fully elasticized waistbands
- Bulky Style Cargo Shorts, Football shorts, Stubbies, Beach Shorts, Tie Wasted Shorts with fullyelasticized waistbands
- Thongs, sandals (backless, open toed OR “Croc� styled shoes), tennis shoes, gym boots, jogging /athletic type training shoes (NOTE: Ladies sandals are acceptable in the Clubhouse)
- Shirts without collar – NOTE: Crew neck style golf shirts are ACCEPTABLE (NOTE: Ladies arepermitted to wear shirts without a collar)
- Brief Sun or Singlet tops, shoe string straps and backless dresses.
- Tracksuits or any part thereof
- Golf shoes with METAL SPIKES
GENERAL CLUB REGULATIONS
- Mobile Phones may only be used between holes on the golf course
- All golfers must yell “fore� if they strike their ball in the vicinity of other golfersThe use of mobile phones is not permitted in the clubhouse
- Bunker entry / exit points ARE marked WITH a yellow V and rakes will be in the vicinity of this pointand should be replaced in the low part of the bunker near this entry point. Following use, rakes shouldbe replaced in the low part of the bunker as near as possible to this point.
- In inclement weather, for the suspension and abandonment of play the following rules apply:
- One (1) Blast of Siren – Play Suspended
- Two (2) Blasts of Siren – Resume Play
- Three (3) Blasts of Siren – Abandon Play
- Four (4) Blasts of Siren – Emergency Evacuation
